Medical safari (operator E Safari) does not control any Hospital or health related Institution, neither does it operate into any medical facility or medical service provided by hospital mentioned in the Package. Medical safari chooses all the relevant ingredients in the Package offered. It has no control whatsoever in running the hospital or rehabilitation center and hence, we cannot be made liable for any improper services or deficiency in services provided by the hospital or rehabilitation center for any damage or death or loss of any kind which may arise due to any negligence or deficiency or default in services of the hospital or rehabilitation center. Patient or his/her family members or his/her friends making the booking on behalf of patient are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully before filling and signing the registration form.

Medical Evaluation:

The fee quoted by Medical Safari will be confirmed post medical evaluation by the qualified doctors based on the medical history and requirements forwarded by the patient. After medical feedback from the surgeon we will arrange a telephonic conversation with the qualified doctor prior to making a decision.

Disputes

Any dispute involving web site or the service will fall under the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi
